These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantora Solutions website, mobile application, Quantora Masterclasses, Quantora Elite Experiences, events, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

4. Memberships and Subscriptions
Certain Services may require payment of membership fees or subscription fees.

5. Payments
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated.
You authorize Quantora Solutions and its payment providers to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees.

6. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Event fees are non-refundable once purchased.
Failure to attend an event, masterclass, seminar, retreat, or experience does not entitle a participant to a refund.
Quantora Solutions may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Educational Purposes Only
Quantora Masterclasses and Quantora Elite Experiences are educational, informational, and networking services only.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Quantora Solutions makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
Financial outcomes
Business outcomes
Networking results
Personal development outcomes
Professional opportunities
Any specific benefit arising from participation in the Services
Individual results may vary significantly.
9. Networking and Third-Party Interactions
The Services may facilitate introductions and interactions among members, speakers, guests, sponsors, partners, or other third parties.
Quantora Solutions does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for:
Statements made by participants
Opportunities presented by participants
Business relationships formed through the Services
Transactions between participants
Products or services offered by third parties
Any interaction or agreement between participants is undertaken solely at their own risk.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Misrepresent their identity or qualifications
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Upload malicious software or harmful content
Interfere with the operation of the Services
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Infringe intellectual property rights
Quantora Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to:
Videos
Masterclasses
Presentations
Graphics
Branding
Written materials
Website content
Mobile application content
is owned by or licensed to Quantora Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified, sold, or exploited without prior written permission.
12. Events and Experiences
Quantora Solutions reserves the right to:
Change event dates
Change venues
Modify agendas
Replace speakers
Alter event formats
Cancel events where reasonably necessary
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants of material changes.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantora Solutions disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantora Solutions, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Special damages
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of data
Reputational harm
arising from or related to the use of the Services.
The total liability of Quantora Solutions for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Quantora Solutions during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantora Solutions, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
